Refund policy

At Hometrixy, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it under the terms below.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
  • Returned with all original tags and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-engraved items (for example, wallets engraved with a name) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@hometrixy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping cost.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and send you a prepaid return label.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original under this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order by emailing us within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped yet.
